Driven by four ultra-high-output 10 kW heating elements, HyperCore™ delivers the equivalent power of 72,000 BTU gas, making it up to 4× more powerful than traditional gas and 3× more powerful than standard induction. A built-in battery supports peak performance while remaining compatible with a standard 120V outlet, offering effortless installation without sacrificing speed or capability. Thoughtful details elevate the experience, including magnetic, removable knobs for easy cleaning and a sleek, integrated design that fits beautifully into today’s kitchens.
Available in 30-inch and 36-inch widths. The 36-inch model is coming March 2026.
