Following the debut of the 30-inch model, the new 36-inch HyperCore™ Induction Cooktop gives designers, builders, and homeowners even more flexibility when planning high-performance kitchens. HyperCore™ delivers the same breakthrough speed, precision, and intelligent control in an expanded format, bringing professional-grade induction performance to more kitchen applications.
The Zephyr HyperCore™ Induction Cooktop is four times more powerful than traditional gas and three times more powerful than standard induction. With four high-performance heating elements, advanced in-pan temperature sensing, and ExactTemp™ technology, HyperCore™ reads heat inside the pan rather than only the surface beneath it, allowing for accurate, real-time temperature control.
From boiling water in under 50 seconds to holding a perfect simmer, tempering chocolate, or maintaining oil at the ideal fry temperature, HyperCore™ is designed to give home cooks greater confidence and control across everyday meals and more precise culinary techniques.

The cooktop’s built-in battery supports peak performance while allowing installation through a standard 120V or 240V outlet. HyperCore™ also connects to Wi-Fi out of the box and can receive new features through over-the-air updates, allowing the appliance to evolve over time.
