Limited Space Shouldn’t Mean Limited Design Options
The small space living trend continues its popularity in urban areas where millennials are prioritizing location and efficiency, yet still want the best appliances and contemporary design. A recent study by Urban Land Institute (ULI) found that micro apartments are on the rise across America and units smaller than 600 square feet had higher occupancy rates than bigger units. This highlights the trend that in certain metropolitan and coastal regions, consumers prefer smaller homes. And with the housing market continuing to rise, consumers are starting off in smaller homes and investing in updates such as kitchen and bath remodels.
We’re responding to this trend with the introduction of two new 24-inch hoods! Developed for vertical living projects and compact kitchens, Anzio and Pisa are the ideal hoods that combine sleek design with powerful ventilation performance.
Anzio 24-inch is a low-profile, stainless steel chimney-style hood that will add style and sophistication to any kitchen. Complete with a 600 CFM blower, BriteStrip™ LED Lighting, and ICON Touch® Controls, Anzio also features Zephyr’s Airflow Control Technology™(ACT™). ACT is a technology exclusive to Zephyr that gives builders and developers the freedom to install range hoods with maximum blower CFM to meet local requirements, without having to compromise power or design.
Pisa 24-inch under cabinet hood works quietly and beautifully out of sight. Its retractable glass visor controls the hood’s 290 or 500 CFM blower and halogen lights. Available in white or stainless steel with glass, Pisa is perfect for kitchens that are limited on space and require a discreet look.
