Zephyr Introduces Titan Range Hood With PowerWave™ Blower Technology

SAN FRANCISCO, August, 2018 – Zephyr, the company that has transformed the ventilation industry, adds to its Core, Designer, and Pro Collections with the new Titan wall professional range hood with PowerWave™ Blower Technology. Delivering more power, using less energy, and featuring a virtually silent motor, Titan is arguably Zephyr’s most forward-thinking hood to date.

The inside of the kitchen ventilation hood is just as sophisticated with the new 750 CFM PowerWave internal blower for breakthrough power, performance, and tranquility. The user also has the option to combine two blowers to achieve 1,300 CFM, which makes it the most powerful internal blower on the market. PowerWave features three-phase AC power, versus single-phase power used in traditional range hoods, to help increase torque, efficiency, and provide constant power to improve performance. Unique aerodynamic blades generate only 0.5 sone with the single blower and 1 sone with the dual blower, which creates a virtually noise-free cooking environment.

Titan is available in five size options from 36- up to 60-inches to accommodate even the largest pro-style ranges. The 6-speed Electronic LCD Control Panel is an intuitive, simplified feature that displays exactly what the user needs to do, such as clean the pro-style dishwasher-safe baffle filters.

Additional features include Zephyr’s exclusive Airflow Control Technology™ (ACT™), which allows the installer to limit the maximum CFM to meet local codes without compromising on design. The Titan wall hood includes new directional and dual level Bloom™ LED lights that highlight different areas of the cooking surface. A grease collection tray can be removed and cleaned so grease is not accumulated on the hood itself.
