A Finished Basement Gets A Fresh Look With Entertaining in Mind with the Presrv™ French Door Wine & Beverage Cooler

As we continue to expand our product line beyond the kitchen, the versatility to utilize these products in creative or non-traditional design spaces also grew. Our Designer Spotlight blog series gives an in-depth look at some of our favorite designs by the Zephyr designer community, each uniquely showcasing a Zephyr range hood or Presrv™ cooler.

From the home office to the home bar, Presrv™ Wine & Beverage Coolers enhance any room in or outside of the home. Redesigning a unique space beyond the kitchen was exactly the case for our design partner, construction2style, and the chic basement bar they created for The Styled Press. 

Taylor Brown of The Styled Press and her husband, Tom, were looking to reinvent their lower-level floor. Although they had finished their basement, it was missing all the trimmings and a distinct design personality. They paired up with Morgan and Jamie Moliter of construction2style to create this one-of-a-kind bar nook.

This husband-and-wife design-and-construction duo completely transformed the space. With floating shelves and hexagonal, statement tile along the back wall, construction2style created the perfect backdrop. To complement and offset the white living room, they installed light countertops against striking black cabinetry.

To make this functional as well as beautiful, construction2style equipped the space with a Presrv™ French Door Wine & Beverage Cooler and a built-in sink and faucet, creating the ultimate bar.
