Titan Range Hood with PowerWave™ Blower Technology Honored For Design and New Technology

SAN FRANCISCO, April 17, 2019 –  Zephyr, the company that has transformed the kitchen appliance category with design, discovery, and care, is the proud recipient of a prestigious GOOD DESIGN® Award.  The new Titan wall hood with PowerWave Blower Technology is the recipient of this international award, and was recognized for its groundbreaking technology and striking design.

Titan pro-style hood features Zephyr’s new PowerWave blower technology that delivers more power, uses less energy, and features a virtually silent motor. The kitchen hood fan comes equipped with a 750 CFM blower and the user has the option to combine two blowers to achieve 1,300 CFM, which makes it the most powerful internal blower on the market. PowerWave features three-phase AC power, versus single-phase power used in traditional range hoods, to help increase torque, efficiency, and provide constant power to improve performance.
